First off, the serious stuff. Were you aware there's an easy way to help people facing hunger, violence, or breast cancer? Are you into saving the rainforest, or maybe animals? Well, now you can help with just the click of a mouse. And, it's free! Start here: , click on the cause you'd like to help, then just click the appropriate button one time, and that's all there is to it. There are several causes on this site, and you can click once a day at EACH site to help.
The same goes for this site:
Couldn't be easier, could it! And there's also where you can sharpen your vocabulary skills and help people at the same time!
Okay, now for the 'more funner' stuff.
I've been a fan since I was
4 years old. Maybe it was never the funniest comic strip, but love it or hate it,
it will always be a classic. I'm just sorry to see it end, and even more sorry
to hear about the death of its creator, Charles Schulz, who passed away on February
12, 2000, just hours before his final, new strip was published. He and his work
will be missed. Click here to check out the official Peanuts site I also admit -- i luff teh kittehs! giff dem cheezburgers!
[Thanks to my former boss for this cartoon -- and my friend Kelly, and my friend John ("Xigeous"), too!]
Just go here:

On the country side o'things, I'm quite the large fan of this guy:
Mystery Science Theater 3000:
The most unique, and funny show ever. Words cannot begin to describe the greatness of this show. Now, the show is no longer on the air, unfortunately, so no new episodes are available, but some episodes are available for rent at video stores, and believe me, MANY fans have the episodes on tape. You'd be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn't go out and rent an episode, or find someone who will lend you his tapes so you can watch this show. Trust me.
Hey, you know all the funny lines you're hearing on each page -- well, if you
have a sound card and speakers, that is? They're all from "Mystery Science Theater
3000". Some of the sounds came from fellow capper Joe Crow on the sounds page he
had, but he's apparently taken that part of his site down. The rest are from and
A big huzzah and kudos to all of these people for doing all that work to save these
sounds so people like me could show up and be a big mooch.
I found stuff on other sites, as well, but those sites are no longer up, so I've
taken out those links.
Thanks to these people for all their work, too.
